New Schemes under AH & Veterinary Department – FY 2025-26

Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Government of Assam, invites applications from interested entrepreneurs/farmers towards the following schemes and programmes for FY 2025-26:

1. Special Programme for Existing Entrepreneurs Development (SPEED) Scheme Phase II

• For Existing Duck Farmers with a farm size of 500 to 1000 ducks
•  For Existing Goat Farmers with a farm size of 30 to 50 goats

2. Policy for Commercialization of Poultry Sector in Assam, 2024

•  For New and Existing Layer, Broiler and Parent Breeding Poultry Farms with a capacity of atleast  50,000 birds

All applications will be subject to documents scrutiny and field verifications as per scheme guidelines.
